Run with the work gang down on the Riverdale parkway this morning.  Nick, Doug, Sally, and I ran a 1 mile warm up. Then we met Brandon, Sharee, Scott, Julio, and Jared for the run.  Nick, Doug, Sally, and I did a 5 mile tempo at around 7:45-7:50 pace.  .5 cool down to run the others in.  Great morning, great company.  Thanks guys!
