Great run today, pretty uneventful though so not much to say.  Had to stop a couple of times to deal with work alerts but when I'm down in South Weber not much I can do until I get home.

A little windy and got some light rain for the last mile or so but overall nice run this morning.  Pretty warm made it easy to wear shorts and short sleeve shirt, I'm trying to hold on as long as possible.

Good, cold run today.  Ended up doing a tempo for the 2nd half felt good.  'Ball and Biscuit' from the White Stripes came up today on the random play.  Great, great song.  If you like blues/rock you can't go wrong.

Nice windy run down through South Weber this morning.  Saw 5 deer this morning, I stopped about 10 ft from one that was going to cross the street as a car was coming so it wouldn't jump in front of the car.

Turned to look for a car at one point and tweaked my back slightly, same thing that cost me 3 running days a few weeks ago but luckily this time not as bad.  I'll have to be careful about how I turn to look for cars.
