The smoke is gone and it was a great morning for a run.  It's supposed to rain but it held off was well.  Nice run today and pretty uneventful so pretty perfect.  Now I get a little recovery chocolate milk, it's as good an excuse as any for some chocolate milk.

Rainy and dark this morning.  Light rain for the first 5 miles then it picked up for the next 2.5 and then the last 1 was a really light sprinkle.  Not too bad this morning and I had a good run aside from being wet.

Another great run down through South Weber.  Temps great, I could see my breath at about 8.5 in behind the Wal-Mart in Riverdale by the river.  First time in a while for that.  Felt as good as I've felt all week just in time for the weekend.
