Great run with my daughter up in Island Park.  The temp was amazing after running in the heat all summer.  Had to dodge some cows but other than that a nice cruiser.

Another great run up in Island Park with the nice cool temps.  What a treat to run up there in the nice scenery and have the great temps.  Had some absolute great overlooks of Henry's Lake and of course more cow dodging.  You never know what they're going to do, I've never had any problems with them.  They just stare at you chewing their grass.

Took a 3 mile brisk walk with my wife on Saturday and ever since my shins have been a little tight.  Whatever...so I was a little worried about the run this morning but alls well and I had a great run on a perfect morning.

Up really early so I could get down to SLC for an Oracle users group thing.  Soooo I was a little tired during the run this morning in the dark.  I felt clunky and slow today on tired legs.  Good to get this one done.
