It's every other Monday Half Marathon day.  Nice morning and a great run today.  Pretty uneventful this morning = perfect.

PM - 2 easy with my wife before dinner.  Homemade Chicken Tacos....Yummy!

Nice cruiser this morning after the rain.  I saw 3 other runners this morning which is odd for me, one lady had a jogging stroller and a dog I'm not sure how well that worked out.  At least she was out running.

Great run on a perfect morning.  Saw 4 other runners, must be Spring now if I'm seeing other runners.  I actually passed the only one that was headed the same direction.

3rd day in a row now that the same woodpecker has been on the same light pole pecking away when I run by, we must be on the same schedule.  Got to my turn around point and I seen another runner coming my way about .1 away.  I decided not to get passed, I'm not sure how fast he was going, so I hit a pretty hard tempo for the last half, felt good today.  Didn't look back and didn't get passed.

No woodpecker today but I did scare some quails out of the flowers by my driveway when I got home. 

Awesome run, I really felt good today.  Plan was for an easy effort run today, which I did.  The easy effort ended up being my fastest average pace run of the week and on top of that it was Friday I'm supposed to be tired today.  Wish every run could be like today's.
