One hour Strike class. Felt really good and helped loosen me up, and I didn't hit myself.
1.75 at 8:20, .25 at 6:40.
.5 at 8:00, 3 at 6:58, 1 at 6:45.
One hour barbell strength class. I'm working on my strength so I can do moves like this:
2 at 8:00.
Then I got in my car to go to work.
110 minutes elliptical. Boring workout, but otherwise wonderful, yet complicated, day!
Nothing head turning, just 7.5 at 8:00 pace, 1 at 7:00 2 at 7:30, .5 striders and accelerations.
77 minutes of elliptical. I should have woken up earlier to run outside. As it was, at least I did something.
p.m. another 70 minutes of elliptical to get to 50 equivalent miles for the week.
