1 mile warm up., 8:30 at random incline to 1.5%.

1.5 at 6:00 then 1 at 5:53.  (I wish I had run all the way to 3.1, but stopped at 2.5 so I let a new 5k pr get away from me, just like Bigfoot.)

One hour strike class, good class today.

I was more tired than I thought, so I finished with 3 easy at 8:30 at random incline to 1.5% then 1 at 6:00 no incline, .5 at 8:30, then .5 at 5:30 but at -3% decline.

Mowed the lawn, then 6 easy.

11 at 8:00, -2% decline.

4 at 8:00, -2.5% decline.

1 at 8:00, 3% to 5% incline to over simulate the Ogden hill around mile 15.

1 at 7:00, -3% decline.

.5 at 6:30, -3% decline.

.5 at 5:40, -3% decline.  (Of course the decline makes it much easier to run fast.)

Good workout, intended to require a bit more effort for the last 3 miles.

And I did all this, of course, on the notoriously dangerous treadmill.

One hour FIT.

4.5 at 8:30 random incline to 2.9%.

For all my pool running friends, it's RivertonPaul doing the Hasselhoff.
