11 at 8:00, -2% decline. 4 at 8:00, -2.5% decline. 1 at 8:00, 3% to 5% incline to over simulate the Ogden hill around mile 15.
1 at 7:00, -3% decline. .5 at 6:30, -3% decline. .5 at 5:40, -3% decline. (Of course the decline makes it much easier to run fast.)
Good workout, intended to require a bit more effort for the last 3 miles.
And I did all this, of course, on the notoriously dangerous treadmill.
