Do you lift right up to the marathon? I have stopped lifting until after St. George but I am not sure, I think I may have stopped too early.

Time is winding down. Been sort of hectic with my caring for my dad's health issues (he is stable, so no worries). No real taper plans as of yet, which is always my problem, I seem to always wing it. Best to all of you, too.

Paul, how goes it? I took a small hiatus from the blog to sulk about not running so I'm not caught up with everyone's training. Are you feeling fresh and ready to rock SGM. You are so going to blow away the 3hr mark. You will be flying high for months after that. I know I was when I finally broke 3.
