One hour strike class, during which we do these (well, I fake it.)
33 minutes, so 3 easy equivalent on the arc trainer.
P.M. soccer practice and 3 miles at my dad's condo clubhouse while the kids swam.

Do you ever put on the pads and spar with the other classmates?

I used to take a kick boxing class. It made me feel so tough.

Smooth and Rhett,
Of course, when I say soccer practice it is coaching my daughter's team. Although, I could have crushed all of "them" playing against me in the scrimmage, had I not taken mercy on them.
p.s. Rhett -- spotting the team 15 pushups gives them too big an advantage in the sprint.

LOL I get to see this pic set today. I normally dont get to see what everyone talks about or you post at work. They block alot of stuff. Got to love kick boxing.

No word from you for a while. Hope that just means you have been busy.
