So how is your foot? Is it feeling better?

From RivertonPaul on Tue, Jul 21, 2009 at 11:56:55 from 67.42.27.114

Mike, I'm thinking I'll pace JohnnyV around 3:27.

Kathie, the foot (knock on wood) is feeling fine finally.

DNews is GREAT downhill training for SGM! You and Johnny V will do great working together. It's a scorcher, so run fast and beat the heat! Glad the foot is feeling better! HAVE FUN this Fri. I'll be there to cheer you in!!!!
