I wish I had the same trouble as Sean Combs in finding a small bill.

That's a funny picture....Where do you find them?
I'm back on the blog. I just couldn't stay away. Things are looking up and I'm feeling good about life again.

Take it from me, Paul. It's not worth it. In fact, it got so annoying that I quit carrying small bills altogether and I just tell folks to keep the change.

DANG!! I think I've only seen that many 100's when I worked at the bank.

Talk to Andy ... maybe you could take a night shift every now and then! :)

Paul, thanks for the comment! It's good to be back at it. So, is this your year for that sub 3?

I'm serious Paul about the whole TM book idea. Call it "Sub 3 with only a TM" or something. I'm thinking about doing more TM work this summer so I can push harder. It is just too blasted hot here to run fast for very long outside. I'm going to have to use some of your workouts. Too bad the TMs at my gym don't do the negative incline thing.
