20 miles on indoor bike keeping RPMs above 90. Then 1 mile on TM pretty darn slow. I was completely wiped out after the ride. Guess I pushed a little too hard. Calf felt fine on the short very slow run though.
I got out on the trails for the first time in a long time. It was fun but slow and I tripped and went down once scratching up my hands and leg. All good though. Calf is a bit tight but not bad.
