I tried Pilates this morning for the first time instead of upper body weights since I need to slim down for my upcoming marathon, and I kinda liked it.
7 mile TM run nice and easy.
Lower body and core.
6 miles TM. I was running really well for the first 4 miles while I get a little strain in my right hammy so I immediately started walking and walked the last. 2 miles. It seems mild but I'll find out tomorrow morning.
