6 hot trail miles with Blake then core
7 TM miles keeping HR under 140. Nice and easy and inside with AC.
7 Trail Hill miles hot and a bit humid (for the desert). Then some core.
8 miles on the trails with Blake this morning. It was coudy, breezy and only 84 degrees this morning. That was a treat! I wish it had rained but we weren't that fortunate.
