6 mile run. Miles 4 and 5 at tempo effort which was slower this morning probably because I was running into the wind, but maybe my legs were a bit tired as well. 6:49 averge tempo pace.
36 mile bike finishing with a nice 6 mile 1200 ft climb. Felt good to get out there and push on the bike. My left IT band tightened up near the end though. I'll have to roll it really well the next few days.
