I warmed up a bit with some agility ladder and stretching, then did a 7 mile easy TM run. I was a bit worried about my calf since it has felt just a tad off since Saturday's run, but it did great today and still feels perfect after the run. Yay!
33 mile ride with Mitch. Legs felt pretty good considering my 70 mile ride yesterday. Then I rested a bit before doing a 10 mile TM run while watching some EPL. Felt a very slight something in my calf at the very end but it feels fine now so hopefully nothing. I'm slowly building my running miles back up!
