60 minute easy steady swim. Felt good!

I warmed up a bit with some agility ladder and stretching, then did a 7 mile easy TM run.  I was a bit worried about my calf since it has felt just a tad off since Saturday's run, but it did great today and still feels perfect after the run.  Yay!

13 mile Zwift ride.

60 minute swim easy and steady like Monday.

12 mile zwift workout.  Felt nice to do one of the easier workouts.

Agililty ladder and stretching before the run.

7 easy miles on the TM.  Calf felt 100% during the run.  I slight burn after the run had me a bit worried, but it feels good now!

70 mile Zwift ride then a 90 minute 4000m swim.

33 mile ride with Mitch. Legs felt pretty good considering my 70 mile ride yesterday. Then I rested a bit before doing a 10 mile TM run while watching some EPL. Felt a very slight something in my calf at the very end but it feels fine now so hopefully nothing. I'm slowly building my running miles back up!
