I usually do these faster Monday night runs at 6:40 pace, but I am doing a recovery week this week so I slowed it down to 6:50.

I'm taking a rest day tomorrow.

Is that injury giving you anymore problems or is it behind you now?

Qualify for corral #1 in Boston and run behind the elites for a few yards. I love this goal.

Slick, the injury seems to be behind me, but I pay very close attention to any pains in that calf.

Yasir, I'm getting older and don't know if I will ever get to that first corral. I've made the 2nd one a few times, but who knows maybe I have one fast marathon left in me. If only I would quit getting injured every time I start getting really in shape.
