I was going to do a Zwift ride last night, but Cade recieved his mission call and we were talking with him throughout the evening. He's going to Costa Rica and is super excited.
This morning I swam.
10 minute warm up then 20 x 100m on the 2:30. I was starting to fade near the halfway mark when I made a small adjustment in my stroke and found some new efficiency and speed and ended up finishing strong, my best swim of the season. Hopefully I can build on that going forward.
I had the time and energy to workout tonight. I started with some core work, then did a 1 mile TM weighted vest walk, then did a 1 hour Zwift group workout that was the hardest one I've done so far. I though about quitting a few times but stuck it out to the end.
