6 more miles on the trails. My legs felt like they had a little spring back in them today. The little post marathon aches and pains seem to be mostly gone. Hopefully that means I'll be able to run a decent 5k this Saturday.

It was 50 degrees this morning. I checked Havasu's weather at the same time and it was 47. I guess we get the best of both worlds, less hot summers and warmer winters. Glad to see you back out on the trails!!
