Burt, I decided to try and do 10 a day this week, but I'm keeping it at a nice easy pace. Easy was much slower today than yesterday though.
Kathie, I'm pretty much pain free. I get this little nagging ache. I hope it isn't something that hangs around forever.
Teena, I think I'm holding up ok. I have really noticed that I run with a much shorter stride since the injury. I think it is just my bodies way of babying the leg. I guess a shorter stride is a good thing as long as I can make up for it with leg turnover.
