What is this? Ten a days?

What Burt said.

I am assuming no mention of pain means that there is none...good for you!

From Teena Marie on Wed, Dec 01, 2010 at 14:36:52 from 67.2.89.224

Hey, that's what I did today! Albeit I am sure that my slow easy miles are much slower than yours!!! :) :) :)

Nice job.

How's everything holding up?

From Rhett on Wed, Dec 01, 2010 at 15:35:00 from 216.67.220.212

Burt, I decided to try and do 10 a day this week, but I'm keeping it at a nice easy pace. Easy was much slower today than yesterday though.

Kathie, I'm pretty much pain free. I get this little nagging ache. I hope it isn't something that hangs around forever.

Teena, I think I'm holding up ok. I have really noticed that I run with a much shorter stride since the injury. I think it is just my bodies way of babying the leg. I guess a shorter stride is a good thing as long as I can make up for it with leg turnover.

NICE TENs!!! Glad to hear you are pain free.
