13 nice and easy on the trails this morning with Blake. Today is his 40th birthday. Oh to be so young. Happy birthday Blake!

I used today as a dress rehersal and wore all the gear I'll be wearing on race day.  From here on out it is just about keeping my legs sharp.  Race day is approaching fast!
