More exciting news today!  I found out today that I got drawn from Lotoja with my brother-in-law John. On September 11 we will be riding a little over 200 miles from Logan,UT to Jackson Hole, WY, so after my race next Saturday I'll be changing my focus from running to cycling.  That's 2 big upcoming events I found out about this week. I gotta stop signing up for these things. 
 

1 hour spinning on the bike trainer at the hottest part of the day to get heat acclimated so hopefully next Saturday will feel cool.
