I was tired this morning after last night's hard run, but my legs felt fine.

30 minutes speed intervals on stairmill.  The last couple speed repeats were really tough but I did them.

3 mile very easy miles in TM 1% incline.  I ran these slower than normal, because I was completely spent after running the stairs.

It is great to see you doing so good. Don't worry about missing the balloons, you always have next year. We had one land in front of our house Sunday night while we were eating. Kinda fun for the kids!

Glad to hear the legs feeling fine and no more calf issue! Good job on the long run on Saturday! Have a great week! :)

Good you need to have easy days even with cross training days built into the schedule. You only have 38 more days and if you make it through healthy you'll be good to go. Don't go for speed but go for goal pace instead.

Blake, Doone is way jealous that one of the hot are balloons landed in front of your house.

Jeff, I can't believe it has almost been a full year since we ran Phoenix. I am not doing any more speed work from here on out. My fastest running will be at 6:40 pace.

Smooth, thanks. If I can just stay healthy for the next 37 days, I think I can pull off a decent marathon.
