11 mile Zwift race. I'm getting faster at it and having fun! Then I headed out for a slow trail run. Everything felt fine not even a niggle and I was moving along enjoying a pain free run when I suddenly felt a sharp pain in my lower right calf. I immediately stopped, turned around and walked back the 2 1/2 miles I had run. So sad, so frustrating because I have no clue why this happens or how to prevent it. I feel like I've tried everything short of not running.
Later in the day I did some pilates. It was nice for my body. I need to get back in the habit of doing it regularly.
