30 minutes elliptical. Knee felt very good, just a slight dull ache, but after the elliptical I tried to do some stationary bike, and that brought back the sharp pain. I quit that after a couple minutes.

Sorry to hear about the knee. Is it a new injury?

Andy, it just started this week. It's just runner's knee and is giving me that sharp pain under the knee cap. I find it weird that it started this week. Last week I was fine and then I didn't have time to run over the weekend so I had a 3 day rest and was expecting to be feeling great, but then my knee started hurting. Running can be such a fickle thing. I'm sure it will be fine be next week. A good week off from running will do me good anyways, both physically and mentally.

You've been pounding it pretty hard lately. I'm sure your body is just begging for a break. Hope it feels better soon.

Thanks for the laugh Teena. How are you doing with your running aches and pains?
