Lower body weights. I really made my legs burn this morning with high reps/ low weights. It felt good. 3 sets of 20 with each exercise

30 minutes stair speed intervals

Upper body weights with some ab work

Apparently those hill sprints yesterday didn't faze you! AWESOME "feel the burn" leg exercises and the stair speed intervals today!!! YOU ARE IN SUCH GREAT SHAPE!!! SOOOOO AWESOME!!! :)
