AWESOME speedwork yesterday and nice miles so far this week!!! I think your training plan is very exciting. Can't wait to see how it all pays off in 7.5 weeks! :)

Good Job this week! I am impressed. I would have liked to get a couple 10 mile runs in but I just don't have the time. I will take it easy tomorrow so my legs will make it through our long run.

Great job !!You're getting some good miles in. Are you training for anything?

From Rhett on Thu, Jan 08, 2015 at 08:53:56 from 24.121.0.8

Smooth, my training plan exists of 1 faster run of some sort a week, 1 long run, and a bunch of easy miles. Nothing too exciting there, but thanks.

Blake, I took it easy today also. See you tomorrow for a nice long one.

HBR, I'm doing the Phoenix marathon on Feb 28 and am hoping to get back down around 3 hours.
