Personal:
I started more dedicated running and racing in my thirties. Eventually I developed symptomatic bradycardia and SVT which required a cardiac pacemaker implant and a cardiac cath ablation. It has taken a long time to get back to running consistently again. Counting my blessings and trying to remain more balanced with fitness.

Biked around with my youngest daughter exploring new places. Covered 8 miles in an hour. Counting it as a couple miles.
Early 6.3 mi run before work (9:30 pace). Steamy, foggy, and buggy!
Swam for 30 minutes during lunch. A lot of breaks to catch my breath. What a workout. Counting it as 1.9 mi easy miles equivalent. Don't ask how I came up with that number.
6.6 mile run & walk during lunch. I started out feeling really good, but was miserably out of breath after 3.5 miles. Might be several factors like high humidity and bodyweight. Not use to heart beating faster or it's not beating fast enough given conditions. HR avg. 112.
Very easy run before work. Felt a drop in HR and energy between mile 2-3, which made it a little harder to run. This has been my most active week in about 4 months.
