Completed a dozen marathons and a handful of 50 mile ultras.

Consistent aerobic and strength training.

Participate in 5k and 10k races.
Personal:
I started more dedicated running and racing in my thirties. Eventually I developed symptomatic bradycardia and SVT which required a cardiac pacemaker implant and a cardiac cath ablation. It has taken a long time to get back to running consistently again. Counting my blessings and trying to remain more balanced with fitness.

Outsde, but ran last 0.63 on TM because of high heat outside. Did the old Turning Mill-Koke Mill-Hedley-Kipling route. No injury issues. Average pace of 8:29.
Right leg was a bit more sore due to wt. training last night. Might need to lighten up on resistance. Again, did some of these miles on the treadmill due to extreme heat outside.
