treadmill 2.5 miles. then kicked 20 lengths in pool. then water ran for 15 minutes. really bored with this weather. air quality has tanked, along with my motivation. I don't mind running in cold weather, it is just the bad air i can't take. and I hate indoor exercise. and I have no time to go up the canyon above the inversions to run. So I guess it is time to get sedentary for awhile.
