thanks Kelli! I think I was doing some of my best running last fall after some 10 mile tempos at 6:30 pace so am trying to get back there. I recall Paul saying he believes in long tempos and I kind of rely on anything he says. it is a good challenging workout for sure.

He is smart! I think the longest I have done is a 5 miler (and, of course, nowhere near that pace!)
