Dang. Why all the miles?

From Scott Ensign on Mon, Jul 26, 2010 at 19:40:30 from 71.35.225.230

well, I kind of slacked last week so decided kind of spontaneously to catch up a bit on the miles. which is why I don't know exactly how far I went since I kind of meandered about a bit, looking for water fountains since it was 9:45 by the time I got out and it got hot. that wasn't too bright..

nice mileage just after your race. i assume those blisters are okay?

From Scott Ensign on Mon, Jul 26, 2010 at 23:32:28 from 71.35.225.230

Allie, well... the good news is the pressure on the blisters went way down after they kind of popped open on my run...bad news is they were also blood blisters so now I have bloody socks and shoes. but a flesh wound, thats all it is!
