Okay Scott, I filled out my Bolder Boulder registration form today. Lets hope I can keep my hamstring/groin healthy and get running fast again. What time are we shooting again?

scott - are you planning on a speed workout tomorrow? it appears as though i will be up all night working on a paper, so i have no idea what my schedule will be like tomorrow (i may hibernate all day). but let me know if you are planning on it and i might be able to join you. i really need a good speed workout to let out the frustrations!!

Nan, great, it will be fun! I think I am stuck at 37:30-38 in the 10K, but I think you can run faster than that? I am hoping you will give me a motivational boost.
Allie- I am planing on getting out around 9-9:30 from work... do you have any time in there? I have to be back for appointments starting at 11:30AM. How's that paper editing (i.e. rewriting) going?
