good luck out there in the big allie vs scott duel.
The big question though is are you going to keep anything in the tank and come down for another 5K beatdown on turkey day in Farmington? I need an opportunity to get even from you smashing me at the bolder boulder.

yeah, I am thinking of coming down to Farmington for that, it is close enough it wouldn't eat too much of the day and then I can justify eating more turkey later after a good workout. I doubt I can keep up with you now that you have trained (unlike BB) but I will give it my best!

well that would be cool to be able to race with you there. I'm going to doubt your doubt though. I've never done a sub 18 5K so that's what I'm shooting for, trying to hold 5:45's probably. Not sure really what to expect, but I feel like my training lately has been decent enough to probably pull that off with a fair amount of suffering involved the last mile. It will be fun to give it a whirl! And it seems like our track work times are pretty similar, so we would probably be running together the first 2+ miles until one or the other of us cracks ;)

Aaron, sounds like fun, let's go for it! I am not sure I have a sub 18 right now so can use you help. looking forward to seeing you guys again too!
