That's a pretty nice workout Scott - especially with the short recovery interval.

thanks Rob, I am kind of transitioning from interval work to threshold/tempo stuff as I am thinking of taking a shot at the top of Utah marathon, but haven't committed yet. My next race will be the TOU half on August 28. If I can pull off another long run this saturday I will probably sign up for the marathon. kind of dragging in this heat though!
