first dam to spring hollow. first dam was the staging ground for the helicopter and hotshots fighting a fire up logan canyon. lots of excitement there.

I have strained an abdominal muscle or something and it is has been bothering me for several weeks now, I think it was from canoeing the bear river. running seems to aggravate it and I get a sharp continuous pain and it is not getting better. so I have abandoned the idea of running TOU this year. too much work and other things to do anyway. running is going to go on the back burner for awhile.

You mean you are skipping TOU full or half?

oh no, I am so sorry Scott ... there is a good ART person in Park City if you want to drive that far. Also Dean had really good results from a guy named Buhler in Kayesville (http://www.chiromat.org/company.asp)- I think it sounds more like an ART injury but Dean got really good results from Dr. Buhler (and even flew out there from here a few months ago). If you want the ART number let me know ...

Take care!!

Steve- I am abandoning the idea of doing the marathon, but probably will still do the half since I already signed up for it and don't want to waste my 35 bucks.. I really didn't want to run a marathon this fall anyway, so it is just a good excuse not to.

Bonnie- thanks, and thanks for the info- I may look into that if this pesky thing keeps bothering me for too long. I have been intrigued by the ART, a lot of people seem to benefit from that. I'll let you know!
