5 x 1200 on the track with 300-400 recoveries. finally a nice day. 4:13, 4:13, 4:16, 4:17, 4:18 which I guess works out to about a 5:43 average pace. about 10 seconds per mile slower than where i would like to be but at this point there is nothing I can do about it. My training for the BB is done for better or worse.
