| | City Creek, was a little winded after a big weekend. My buddy Jeff drove by after the 2nd ave. hill of doom and started the "Let's Go Buffalo" chant and almost got rearended. Good times.

| | Tuesday morning track workout with Nate, Fritz and Adam. Nate and I did 4k (14:45), 3k (11:10), 2k (7:23), 1k (3:33) while he was a bit faster. WIth jogging at the track and to and from home I got a nice little half marathon in today. My legs are certainly feeling it too.

| | PC Long Run with Jake, Nate, James, Andrew, Allie and Andrea. First part was out and back on the rail trail then out to Mcleod creek trail to the backside of Round Valley, with a very difficult climb up to the trail. Then back to PCMR, felt surprisingly good since thsi is my longest run since Boston, really only 15 milers thrown in between. And longest duration since last year's Top of Utah marathon. I think like Stella I have gotten my groove back.
