Tuesday morning track workout with Nate, Fritz and Adam.  Nate and I did 4k (14:45), 3k (11:10), 2k (7:23), 1k (3:33) while he was a bit faster.  WIth jogging at the track and to and from home I got a nice little half marathon in today.  My legs are certainly feeling it too.

Nice workout. That looked like a tough one. I wouldn't have known where to start and stop.

Good session, but wouldn't a half-marathon be like 13.28?

Here you go Fritz, just study this before bed at night and practice dividing by 400

Thanks. I will study this one and then move on to the equal distance track version.
