Race: Sugarhouse Relays (3.107 Miles) 00:17:48, Place overall: 3
Total Distance
9.00

Jogged tow miles to warm up then did the 5k as a little tempo then changed into my racing onesie to chug a 400.  Did two strides and got the baton from Rob Murphy and took off, probably somewhere around 30 at the 200 and felt pretty good but still couldn't get under 60, I ran a 60.2 according to Jake.  I actually felt pretty good so I'll probably try again sometime in the near future, it would be really nice to be a sub 60 400 guy again.  Then a big group of us cooled down two more miles.
