9:00am Lamentations 1 - Ezekiel 9

My gloves and shoes were still soaked from yesterday. That made the first couple miles really cold and I was happy that I decided to do a shorter run today. Once I got the top of Farwest hill I was warmed up and felt pretty good. I even thought about a doing a second lap to make it the usual 10 miler, but decided to save something for tomorrow's 20 mile "Bring On The Stuffing Run".

I don't ever care to spew

Love running and nog

Don't think I'll combine the two

Looks like it'll be another wet run today for me, too.

From DLTheo on Wed, Nov 23, 2011 at 14:56:59 from 155.130.107.42

Oops, that was backwards!

I don't like to spew

Love running and good eggnog

Won't combine the two.

There, that's better.
