So no zombie run? :-(

From rAtTLeTrAp on Wed, Nov 02, 2011 at 15:02:50 from 24.18.125.122

Nicole - The zombie run was tempting, but my son was having one of his days again and I felt the need to stick close to home. We skipped the BB run too. I did get to BB for a big ol' eggnog latte though!

Next Monday the run is back on with a slightly different route. There's still only one street crossing, but we'll run the lenghth of the park instead of around the super dark lake. Streetlights line the entire route so headlamps are optional.

allie - I egg-ree with ChrisM, he sounds like an eggnog egg-spert.

Egg Nog Lattes are THE best thing you will EVER have. Seeing how many calories are in them, however, has made me limit my enjoyment to only a few times a season, sadly!

From Dan on Wed, Nov 02, 2011 at 15:22:48 from 24.209.83.20

I will have two this week. At least. Wish I was making it up.

From rAtTLeTrAp on Wed, Nov 02, 2011 at 15:33:31 from 24.18.125.122

With a grande weighing in at 470 calories, it only takes about 4 miles@7:15 pace to burn one off. I've earned 5 already this week and only drank 3 so far. Time to catch up, BB is only a 5 minute walk from my office :)

From nicole on Wed, Nov 02, 2011 at 15:35:14 from 128.208.244.214

I already ate up all of my miles this week in delicious Halloween candy!

From rAtTLeTrAp on Wed, Nov 02, 2011 at 15:38:32 from 24.18.125.122

The road is just right outside your door, waiting... Your sneakers are calling you... You know you want to.

From nicole on Wed, Nov 02, 2011 at 15:44:54 from 128.208.244.214

I have two more days to go until my official 2 week hiatus is over! Although I cheated and ran 3 on Saturday. You wouldn't think 2 weeks without running would feel sooooo long.

From Burt on Wed, Nov 02, 2011 at 23:30:46 from 72.223.91.148

I'll take some egg nog. Hold the nog.
