What am I missing with the scriptures? Is this what you are reading every morning before you run??

I, yet again, have a blister on the same toe I always get one. It will never allow a toenail to grow back. So, it got me thinking about you. Now that you have had the toenail removed, do you still get blisters there???

Awesome run, as always! Do you even get winded at all with those speeds? Those are like sprinting speeds for me, I just can not fathom it. I can not wait to track you in Boston, you are going to be INCREDIBLE. I may have to call in sick to work. Wait....you will be done by then.

Kelli - Those are the chapters I listened to during my run. For the new year my only resolution was to listen to my audio bible every mile that I run by myself. I was already listening a lot, but not every run, and I think I should be tending to my spiritual condition at least as much, if not more than my physical condition. I started in Genesis on Jan 1st and I'm tracking how many miles it takes to listen all the way through Revelation on my blog using the shoe tracker(audio bible miles).

Bummer about your toe, my little toe is very happy now without the nail. That morton's neuroma is flaring up on me again though :( I'd be running more miles if it didn't hurt so much.

I did get a little winded during yesterday's run (especially on the hills)at 7:03 avg. Today was much easier at 7:19 avg. I think I might be ready to break 40 min in the 10k this Saturday. I need to hold a 6:26 pace and I did 10 miles at 6:29 last Sunday.

I would say that you should not have a problem at all this Saturday---another year of PR's for you! Sorry to hear about the foot again, though. I think it sounds like the least amount of fun, I hate feet problems!

Very cool New Years Resolution. Maybe you should slow down and then you can listen to more each day!?!
