Whoa - triples in the hot sun!

It was actually pretty cool and overcast until about 11:00am in Seattle. It was foggy and very cool(almost perfect) here in Lakewood for the 10 miler.

Like.

You're doing Ragnar! What fun! When is that? I'm doing Hood to Coast this year but Ragnar seems fun someday. You'll have to blog ALLLL about it!

From rAtTLeTrAp on Tue, Jul 13, 2010 at 01:57:25 from 76.121.76.165

Burt - This is FRB not FB :)

Nicole - The race is a week from Friday, just hours after I get home from a week in Mexico. I will post something if I survive.

Burt McCumber needs to tag Rattletrap in a picture.

From baldnspicy on Tue, Jul 13, 2010 at 03:23:45 from 72.254.89.174

I'm sure you'll do great! Looks like you may be carrying the team, though. Good luck!!

From Snoqualmie on Tue, Jul 13, 2010 at 10:22:03 from 24.18.192.33

Ah, I do miss that marine layer living out here in the foothills!

From rAtTLeTrAp on Tue, Jul 13, 2010 at 11:58:28 from 72.102.157.231

Burt - I'm afraid, very afraid.

Wes - There are a couple other very strong runners on the team so hopefully if there is any "carrying" needed I won't be on my own. Like a dummy, I already offered to pace anyone that didn't want to run the night legs alone. There semed to be some concern there from a couple of runners. Hopefully there won't be any injuries or dropouts to cover.

Sno - Steilacoom is the best. That's why you won't race here. One visit and you will want to move :)

From Snoqualmie on Tue, Jul 13, 2010 at 17:49:08 from 24.18.192.33

We almost did move there! But Mr. Sno's commute would have been a nightmare. The I-90 corridor is pretty sweet - 70 mph through forested hills.

From Kelli on Tue, Jul 13, 2010 at 18:24:48 from 71.219.99.30

I can not wait to hear about Ragnar!!! We are so in for this one next year (well, assuming we once again do not draw out for Hood to Coast!)

Have fun!!! With that 3 a day run you are ready for sure. Enjoy Mexico.

From rAtTLeTrAp on Tue, Jul 13, 2010 at 19:09:14 from 75.230.102.66

Kelli - This was my second 3x day. Last week I did 3 10k's at 6, noon, and 9. I'll probably do one more like that in Mexico too :)

I may want to do Hood to Coast next year. Let me know if you do it and need a teammate.
