I did my usual Monday route, out to Payson via Salem canal road and extended it up to the top of the little hill leading into Payson... The pace was slower than normal for some reason, roads were snow packed and icy in some spots, but I think my pace could have been a little faster but I just kept it nice and slow. Average pace was 9:39 with my heart rate average at 140, total time was 50:07 I had some wind on the way back so that may account for the slower than normal pace, usually my heart rate at that pace would have been below 135, so kind of weird. I finished up with some upper body weight training on the Bowflex, also with some push-ups at the end. My foot felt marginal again, fine at the beginning and then sore by the end, so I don't know same old story!

See ya tomorrow.

I got up to run this morning but didn't feel like running through all the snow, so I slept in! I then came home a little early from work and then went down and did 60 minutes on the treadmill, 6.3 miles I mainly kept the pace easy but on mile number 2 I did some pickups at about a 7:30 pace so I will count that as a MP mile! I then finished up with some core training and some push-ups, all in all I feel pretty good about the workout and now its time for some dinner!!!

See ya tomorrow.

I woke up kind of late this morning (6:50am) but I strapped everything on and headed out the door, I had to be over to the office by 9:00 so I had know time to waste! I'm at work right now typing this so I don't have any  particulars, I know my average pace was 8:49 but I'm not quite sure what my total time was... Man was it cold this morning! My IPhone said it was 7 degrees, way to cold for this time of year, that's more like the middle of January temperature wise! My foot felt okay but was a little sore towards the end of the run, and my legs kind of gave out on me towards the end, I think that had something to do with the late run on the treadmill yesterday, I didn't have enough time to recover!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

I hope everyone has Safe Merry Christmas!

See ya tomorrow after all the activities, I might try and get in a run but I will have to see how things go;-D

A foot of snow this morning made it difficult to get out, after shoveling my life away and then heading into the office to check the phone and make sure there was no problems, I was able to get out but not for very far... The roads were very bad and hard to keep your footing so the pace was very slow, my average pace was 9:10 total time was 41:28, heart rate was at 147. I hope tomorrow is better so I can get my run in early it just makes it easier to get it done.

See ya tomorrow.

I have finally found time to log my run this morning, I tried earlier but I couldn't get into the website for some odd reason... It was very cold this morning, but I woke up kind of late and didn't get out until after 8 am. I headed out towards the base of Harry's hill and then ran  the pretty little road and then headed out to mini GU corner and then turned and headed for home. The pace was still pretty slow because of the roads, My average pace was 9:00 with my heart rate at 144, total time was 1:08:54 I had a faster mile in there towards the end so I will count that as MP mile... My foot felt surprisingly good today and my legs were strong all the way through the run for a change, I haven't had that for awhile. All in all it was a good run, and afterwards I did my standard upper body weight training on the BowFlex and some push-ups.

See ya Monday.
