I woke up kind of late this morning (6:50am) but I strapped everything on and headed out the door, I had to be over to the office by 9:00 so I had know time to waste! I'm at work right now typing this so I don't have any  particulars, I know my average pace was 8:49 but I'm not quite sure what my total time was... Man was it cold this morning! My IPhone said it was 7 degrees, way to cold for this time of year, that's more like the middle of January temperature wise! My foot felt okay but was a little sore towards the end of the run, and my legs kind of gave out on me towards the end, I think that had something to do with the late run on the treadmill yesterday, I didn't have enough time to recover!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

I hope everyone has Safe Merry Christmas!

See ya tomorrow after all the activities, I might try and get in a run but I will have to see how things go;-D

Clay, Merry Xmas, I hope you have a great running year in 2009, your foot will get better so you can train like an animal. It seems your keeping a consistent base. Those WOW runs are tough when it is so darn cold.
