To snowy outside for me so I jumped on the elliptical for 40 minutes after work, moderate pace.

See ya tomorrow.

I ran out past mini Gu corner after work today, roads were pretty decent better than this morning so I'm glad that I waited. I felt okay but not great, my average pace was 8:51 with a total time of 54:37, the temp was very tolerable and I'm glad I was able to get out.

See ya tomorrow.

I ran after work again today, I didn't feel real great again and my right Hammy really was tight tonight. I have been dealing with the tightness since the SGM but today I really noticed it, it didn't bother me on the Snow Canyon Half last month, maybe today it was just jacked up with 3 days of workouts in a row. i haven't been to consistent as of late but i am trying to do better. My average pace was slow at:15 with a total time of 57:45, I stretched the afterwards.

See ya tomorrow.

I ran this morning and I ran out past Mini Gu corner via canal road, I felt okay, better than on Wednesday and my hammy seemed to cooperate. My average pace was slow at 8:59 with a total time of 54:29, it was a great morning not to cold but nice. I can't believe I think that 20 degrees is nice. HAHA

See ya tomorrow.
