I finally got off my lazy butt and was able to get a run in this week. Its not been a good month so far but that is all my fault. I ran into my brother and we ran for a little bit, it was good to catch up and have some good conversation. My average pace was slower at 9:18 with a total time of 56:44, I'm just glad that I was able to work through the bad attitude that I have had lately and get out on the road.
